Aydin has really helped my partner, both speeding along the process of getting the property my partner now lives in and then helping him set up fuel and gas. Neither was straight forward as the house was being sold by a trust- the previous owner was deceased. Aydin smoothed the way and expediated the process by personally helping the non digitally competant executor access the digital documents that the sale required. He then got my partner out of the labyrinth of bureaucarcy that was the previous owners energy account. He saved him money (and me massive headaches bc it meant I didnt have to help him with it all) along the way and speeded up what could in both cases been horrible drawn out Kafkeque- esque nightmares. He is courteous, intelligent and diligent- and pleasant to deal with, unlike alot of Estate Agents ime! He is a nice person and the opposte of a shark or a wheeler dealer. He genuinely wants to help and does effectively with minimum fuss - cant recomend his services highly enough.
Aydin, was called round to value my Nan’s property. We found him very professional and well informed . He informed us that my Nan’s property was still in joint names even though my Grandad had passed. He advised us to contact a solicitor. More than happy with the value of the property waiting to proceed.
