Rent Recovery

Unfortunately, life can be very unpredictable and from time-to-time tenants can fall into unforeseen circumstances and become unable to continue with the rental payments. This is why we offer Rent Recovery cover as part of our full Management service to ensure that whatever happens you still receive the rent.

Legal Cost

If the unforeseen should happen and you are required to take legal action, for added protection we include Legal expense cover on our Full Management service to cover you from the associated costs. This cover also includes pursuing the tenant for vacant possession and handling a defence or counterclaim to possession proceedings.
